Glad you enjoyed the play! =D I so need to see that someday.

[W]hen was the last time you heard a woman talk about her period in a mixed-gender group?

A couple of weeks ago, I think. When I asked for a pad just before Game started. And then I ranted at my body for picking Game-day to start teh monthly bleeding. Beside the point, I suppose, but it does happen! ^_^

Anyway, once again, you rant so pretty. *_* If I knew how to do sparkly text, I so would sparkle at you right now.

Because as long as we don't talk about its not happening! Right?! Yes, exactly. Have some tea and ignore the sexism in the corner.

Though I will say when I actually sit down and think about bodies in general (male, female, non-human), I find them disgusting. Really, we should all be trees. They're so hygienic. ^_____^ Or its just a sign I think too much when really bored at work. Like now!

I just wonder how things are supposed to be improved if women don't talk about these things? That logic is not Earth logic, Batman. And, um, how is one play supposed to change an entire culture overnight, cause it seems like that's what this Sommers person thinks it should do? It can raise awareness, but it can't walk down to D.C. and demand Congress do more about domestic violence laws and whatnot.
