Oh, is that why? It's sort of sad that he died a horrible death in the Lost pilot, then. ^^;;
I haven't seen Smallville, so I couldn't say how close Heroes is to it. But everyone I know who's seen the pilot likes it so far.
I never saw Dark Angel, unfortunately. But I already had the impression of Jessica Alba as a bad actor. :p
